In collaboration withBureau d'Études Techniques DURAND (Montpellier), LEC has created a program that highlights the facade with tricolour colours but also the colours of Catalonia depending on the date or anniversary, using the same Brunei fitting. 4 red lines on a yellow background. Legend has it that Emperor Louis le Pieux drew the red bars on the Count of Barcelona’s shield with four fingers soaked in the Count’s blood after he was wounded during the battle. Hence the expression: The “BLOOD AND GOLD” flag.
